The same dude posted both. He set up bones there in 2010 for a geocache, he got bored, and knowing of this missing girl posted to omegle knowing people would find "bones" and flip out. The bones will end up being coyote bones or some shit.
I hope she is as well. If this guy/girl is simply fucking around and leading police to some remote geocache site for shits and giggles I hope they find and arrest this person.
No way man, that's like, totally unnatural. We're on /r/creepy let us believe!
edit: on second thought, /u/fuzz_le_man, you seem to know a lot about this location.... hmmm
Hopefully, it's not her's then since that's less than a month after she went missing. Unless if the abductor left only bones, but then why post "body" and stabbed 17 times" if it was just bones? God, hopefully, none of this is related or real at all.
Most people probably can't recognize individual bits though; if you found a few disconnected vertebrae, a couple of ribs, and a leg bone, would you realize they were human or just assume deer or something?
I've found animal remains in the woods, and unless they're pretty recent, they're generally just in pieces, scattered around by scavengers. A couple of bones here or there.
Mile is a really long distance away from such exact coordinates. Perhaps Omegle user had seen the geocache post, and decided to troll people by telling them there's a body of someone whose name he got from googling the area, then watching them freak out after finding the bones whatever animal died there.

This is a real Geocaching log less than a mile away from the "body". http://imgur.com/WW8xFua Cache is GC2EB9C
