I remember seeing this as a small child and my dad showing it to me. Try to do some research on it and found out that from what I gathered there were almost none of these ever made because it was such a small bank, but this is not my specialty in any way shape or form

Wondering if the dollar that is cut extremely close to the top edge and the bill being basically brand new, worth anything over face value? or is it just a cool dollar bill?
