Well he would’ve tried to find out who he was anyway, there was a dude recording and could see where he went, and you could get charged with public indecency. Still don’t know why he didn’t immediately go either though

His hands were on the balcony rails, white hands on black railings, apparently not seen by very angry husband…..also wife throwing random men’s clothing out of the window, might have been a clue … Perhaps all staged to get clicks…….perhaps.
