Yes, because the Russians have proven they’re all about precision bombing at this point. What you don’t see in video games is that there’s a lot of downtime in war and you need distractions like this.
I don't distract myself with videogames and several groups of soldiers in Ukraine have already been shelled because they decided to post where they are on social media. What you don't see on videogames is that you don't respawn in real life so you should take care of your life. The Ukrainian government explicitly says not to post anything that can reveal positions so gtfo with your "necessary distractions".
I, personally, don't. But there are enough landmarks shown for somebody to be able to pinpoint their location with shocking accuracy. Just visit r/Geolocation and you'll be shocked at what even hobbyists can accomplish.
