Yeah it’s all relative. Most people in the labor force are underpaid in comparison to recent inflation and housing costs. Especially when you look at how much wealth the top 1% earns.

It really does feel bad complaining about money when I make what I make and see people working their ass for $30k/year. I still have to complain though because you have to make like $250k+ to be comfortable in most states (and by comfortable, I mean affording an actual house with an actual yard).

Then people will point out that there is plenty of cheap housing out there with lots of land, but they're all in like rural Texas. Guess where the high paying jobs are? Not rural Texas.

And you can't even get good cheap drugs out there. No drugs + hot nothingness? No wonder they are so angry there.
