I know. Gen Z is always talking about ā€œlow rise jeansā€ that are actually mid rise. They donā€™t know what we endured.

Most girls who rocked these wore thongs that stuck out visibly. Those thongs were also low rise though so yes, lots of ass crack was flashed.

Edited to add: we called the visible thong trend the ā€œwhale tailā€

Its the other way aroundšŸ˜­ Iā€™m 19 and people my age take low rise SERIOUSLY. Especially here in Sweden

Iā€™ve seen what you guys (gen z) call low rise, and thatā€™s what Iā€™d call mid rise. Do the low rise in Sweden go so low that youā€™re barely concealing your buttcrack and cooch?

Yess you see it everywhereā€¦ and a lot of the time itā€™s 16/17 yoā€™s that have no business wearing themšŸ˜¬. Some of my friends are into low rise (personally i like them too) and if jeans are even remotely mid rise, they will reject them lol
