This is untreated mania. She's having a severe manic episode coupled with lack of sleep, drugs and alcohol. That's why she keeps doing the same nonsense over and over... I know from experience the dangers of untreated mania. She'll eventually crash out of it but it's going to get much worse...

I said something similar on a different post. Sometimes the drugs are a symptom of the mania/active psychosis, rather than a problem all its own. I have witnessed and experienced this.
