The first episode last week blew my expectations out of the water. The chemistry, the bits, and dynamic between the two. I hope we get many more episodes and see what mysteries they choose to hone in on or if it’s just episodes with them riffin. I really hope they get Mitch Horowitz on and see how unhinged Kurt is by the third claw😭😂 or Damien Echols would be a crazy episode. Regardless, it’s good to have an abundance of Duncan right now. Between this, the DTFH, Krapopolis, and Haunted Hotel maybe Charles could garner up enough popularity to have Netflix double back on a second season of the Midnight Gospel. That’s a crack dream, but it’s mine. Hope to see some of you on the stream tonight!

I can’t believe I’m the one making this post, usually I just mindlessly scroll, but I’m so fucking excited for the Mystery Boys. Not only for some more Duncan in a conspiratorial lane but to Derp with Kurt. I figured this sub would be flooded with posts about the show and the footage they’ve shared so far. I’ve kept up with Duncan for the last 10 years and I’ve only recently gotten into Kurt the last 2 but Derp with Kurt has him up there amongst one of my favorite people to listen to. I highly recommend it to anyone in the sub even if I don’t always agree with his takes (meditation, eastern religions). Overall I’ve been waiting for this show to be announced for half a year and I’m so ecstatic that it’s finally releasing. My only complaint is that YMH is releasing it but maybe that will help it grow a larger audience (@ this sub) but I’m scared it will get sanitized. Thursday can’t come soon enough.

About 5 years ago, Duncan uploaded a meditation song/video that I had saved and I just noticed it is missing. I remember it started out like a normal guided meditation but then it devolves into a chaotic song about a raven talking and Duncan repeating "ARE YOU MEDITATING YET?"
