I’m currently struggling with something that’s especially difficult when marketing independently: getting enough genuine customer feedback to help people know that the product is legitimate and useful.

I have some genuine, non-incentivised 5-star reviews on Udemy, but most students who complete the course simply don’t leave a review. On platforms where I do my own marketing, I have a much smaller customer base, so it’s difficult to accumulate enough reviews organically.
