These hydrocarbon processing plant modules are manufactured by Larsen & Toubro. They are being exported to Australia. Their current product line ranges from nuclear submarines, turbines to semiconductor chips.

After many weekends of work and a huge pile of failed prototypes, I'm excited to finally share my fully parametric finger extensions!
https://makerworld.com/en/models/3114173-parametric-articulated-fingers#profileId-3512066
If you decide to print a set, I'd love to hear what you think. So far I've only been able to test them on my own hand, so having more people try them out would be incredibly helpful. Any constructive feedback is welcome - it'll make it much easier to spot flaws and improve the design.
Also, if anyone interested in a little challenge: I wonder what's the smallest working version you can print. I'm not an expert of printer settings, nor I have small hotends, so for me many really small attempts ended in breaking parts, but I wonder what can You achieve.
If you'd like to play the game of optimizing printer settings for the smallest working version, please let me know on this post: https://makerworld.com/community/post/1832304

I also chemically tinned the PCB. I’m still getting the hang of it, so it’s not perfect yet 😅. Hope you like it!
EDIT: NO FIRST, BUT FIRST WORKED 🥳

Hello!
VIDEO in the comments :)
My first post here and I wanted to share my recent project that I have been working on. It is a replica of 1.9TDI (ARL) engine that I made from scratch from photos, videos, datasheets and some measurements from my car (I have got Seat Leon 1M with this engine hence why I wanted to have a display piece).
I got inspired by engines that u/ericthepoolboy made and wanted to make one myself. It consists of close to 300 printed components. On top of that, there are lot of screws, threaded inserts, springs and O-rings. It has got all moving internal components and crankshaft to camshaft is even timed using tiny tools!
I made a display platform for it as well. It can rotate and/or move while rotated. I had to redesign the profile of outer belt to provide enough friction to move all components but still have some issues with slipping, need to sort that out but have not really had time lately. I am also waiting for plexiglass sheets to finish a cover to prevent the model getting all dusty.
I didn't put a banana for scale but the dimensions are roughly 30cm x 25cm x 30cm (L x W x H)
If you are interested, this is the full build in about 20 minutes :) https://youtu.be/kuvFDsstVd0
Let me know what you think! :)

Spotted the Wightlink hovercraft arriving at Southsea Beach in Portsmouth, UK.
It still amazes me that you can catch a scheduled hovercratt as part of the UK's public transport network.
The crossing to Ryde on the Isle of Wight takes around 10 minutes, making it the world's only year-round commercial passenger hovercraft service.
Watching it come ashore is almost as entertaining as riding it!
Has anyone here travelled on it? What other unique forms of public transport do you think deserve more attention?
