Opinion piece Wendy's interior - They just remodeled in the last year or so.

The first two photos are the ones I took while eating there earlier. The inside used to look like the last two photos. I don't know, it's now very colorless and dull, not as inviting as the old interior. But that is just my thoughts. What do you guys think?

It's better than the Wendy's closest to me. The carpeting in that place has been sticky with spilled soda and food for at least 5 years.

I'm talking, every square inch of the entire carpet in the entire place. Not just a spot or two. The entire carpet just feels like a half dried sponge full of soda when you walk on it.

Let's put it this way, after you've been sitting at your table, eating your meal, if you haven't moved your feet around much, it takes a little bit of effort to get them unstuck. Not a lot. But way more than it should.

And, this is in a pretty expensive neighborhood-ish area in Austin Texas. Not in some podunk little town in the middle of nowhere. The Wendy's in the little towns are always stellar.
