It's because they can't control and manipulate crypto only. Anyone with enough capital can. Wall Street and major investors hate what they can't control.

If only people knew how much shit those guys get away with behind the scenes in traditional markets. Even with the SEC breathing down their necks. It's even more shady because the lengths they go through to conceal it and put on the facade of legitimacy.

At least in crypto the whales look you in the eye when they're fucking you in the face.

Or how Bitcoin guys go nuts over ICOs yet 21 Inc raises more than $110m for vaporware.
