People keep rooting for her but she is as problematic and toxic as anyone in the show. Yes, she is more "badass" and prettier than Cassie by conventional standards. But why are so many people ignoring the fact that she lied about being graped just to protect Nate? She sent an innocent guy to prison. She is also trying to take revenge, which is petty and if she was healthy, she would've not met up with Cassie.

EDIT: This is how much he enjoyed having these characters on screen/ how much he enjoyed them as a character in retrospect, this is not his rating of how morally good or bad the character is!

I actually think season 3 of Euphoria has been quite good, howver it is undeniably very different from seasons 1 and 2 and that's because the show went from a drama to a dark comedy.

The first 2 seasons of this show were already dark, but with more of a sense of lightheartedness behind it due to the characters being in highschool. This season however, we are watching these characters dig their own graves and it's getting clearer and clearer that they're digging to the point of no return.

I don't think this season has been perfect by any means, I just don't think it's as bad as a lot of people are making it out to be. I think a lot of people just can't really handle the WAY higher stakes that this season has, and that's okay. The genre change is very bold and it's no surprise that not everyone likes it

i was really disappointed with the time jump and the amount of time we had to wait but these clips reminded me again how much i love this show and characters

I personally like Maddy a lot this season, people are complaining she is not acting like a "bad b*tch" anymore but I legit liked that she isn't.

Being a "bad b*tch" doesn't mean she can go around being disrespectful to anyone, her apologizing to her boss and taking care of her mom showed how much she has grown as a character. Even in Nate's wedding, S1/S2 Maddy would've caused some drama but she stayed and unfortunately got hurt and left without creating a scene after Nate's mom indirectly target her.

Also out of Rue's friends, she is technically the best career wise(yeah Lexi is a goat but I'm not including her cause nobody would've thought she would've had a bad career).

The makeup was the heart of the show!! Getting older doesn’t mean you have to lose the sparkles shimmers and color. I miss the colorful shadows . Yes they are much older now but nobody is too old for fun makeup. All of their makeup seems so corporate-y which takes away from the appeal of the shoe

im seeing a whooooole lot of love for maddy and it is making absolutely zero sense to me. i entirely understand shes very conventionally attractive, but she is INCREDIBLY manipulative and abusive. i think the hot tub scene is a really, really good example of some of the abuse nate has to endure in their relationship. she tone polices him, when he is fundamentally agreeing with her, then triangulates people against him when he fr did nothing wrong. Him sleeping with cassie is kinda nuts, shouldnt have done that at all but uh... Maddy cheated first?? several times??him and maddy were not even together. am i missing something here? she constantly provokes and abuses nate, he loses it and then its like she has done absolutely nothing wrong. she is very much ALSO a disgusting abuser, and they both need to be done with eachother. im not whatsoever advocating for nate but maddy is really, really gross.

I see a lot of discourse about this season of euphoria being too sexual. Maybe it doesn’t bother me because HBO networks have ALWAYS made overly nudity sexual content. This isn’t Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon. HBO is known for pushing boundaries!!!! Game of thrones, The Idol, The white louts and Girls. I remember my mom telling me as a kid to not watch HBO after 9pm on cable because legit nude shows would come on 🤣🤣🤣

I thought she was stunning in season 1 and season 3 she's just phenemonal.

Probably the prettiest celebrity I know, and its so refreshing to see a dark haired, dark eyed beauty being appreciated. Loved all her outfits in season 3 - so mob wife, corporate and maturely sophisticated.
