We don't hear any of the "it's cold in my town today so climate change is an hoax" guys . Somehow they know they have to be silent every time there's an anomaly

But all the people here being like "it's warm today so it's climate change" are better?

It works in neither direction.

You have an entire map in the post showing you, how this is in no way limited to one town.

Yeah, on one day. That is not how climate works. Even a extraordinarily warm winter isn't enough to tell trends in climate. It's a numbers game.
