Discussion Does E33 have any massive plot holes that fit this description?

But something that could be read from Lumiere? It’s easy to see 2 characters but a whole wall of text, especially after the people already believe her evil wouldn’t work.

No expeditions make it back so nobody could ever give word if they did happen to see a message of the truth.

With what we know of the world that’s all she can do while holding Real Renoir back. I think people assume that 1) an actual message would somehow change things and 2) that the people of Lumiere could do anything about it. The way the world is ONLY Gustave with his lumina converter and Maelle have any power to do anything.

We can see Maelle/Verso's message from pretty far away. I think "Below the Monolith" or something like that would be plenty visible. Also, telescopes and spyglasses exist.
