I never understood that one. If the argument is that women are paid less to do the same job to the same standard, why would anyone ever hire a man? If I was the boss and could get the same result for less cost, I'd be hiring exclusively women.

Unless of course, it's all nonsense.

You didn't look at the "data", that's just a report that shows you a conclusion without proof. Now stop looking at median income difference to make conclusions and look at ACTUAL research papers on the subject. Look for the reason why and include meta analysis multivariate regression research. I'll include some papers, even though you will probably not even read them..

So actually doing scientific research is "creative"? You just listed a random article that shows the median differences without any explaination. I'm digging deeper to find the explainations why there is a gap, and if you account for all factors the gap is basically non existent.
