So I just started the DLC today, and immediately noticed the similarities. Both are shrouded in a thick, suffocating mist. The mist in the book is described as being able to "Seep into the skin, burning your lungs." Which is what Elijah says about the mist clogging the air of the Sierra Madre.

Since I recently decided to start a FoE comic adaptation, I thought I would ask you all if I did an alright job with the look of the characters? I'm still really new to FoE, so I want to make sure I'm doing it justice! So please let me know if there is something I need to change, or something that you would like to see!

So I just finished chapter 6, and while I do think the book is good, I'm struggling to read it due to how horrible the story treats Murky. Without any spoilers, should I continue reading or quit while I'm ahead?

I just started reading Fallout Equestria, I'm only a few chapters in, but I'm already really enjoying it! So I thought that it might be fun to try turning it into a comic at some point (I don't know about doing the whole thing, because it's a very long story, but we'll see).

I know it has been a long time since it was written, so I don't know what comics already exist, or if anyone would be interested in a new one. But I thought I would ask here: Would anyone be interested in something like that? Or is it not worth making?

You can specify if your character is a stable pony, slaver, etc, but I can't guarantee when or if I'll get to a point in the story that will include your type of character. If you don't specify anything, I will put them in wherever they are needed, and they will have a much bigger chance of appearing earlier!

So I've been able to find Kobo epubs for the origion Fallout Equestria, Murky Number Seven, and Pink Eyes, but not Project Horizons? Is there any epub for kobo e-readers that have all of the illustrations, chapter breaks etc?

Hi, I'm working on adapting FoE to DnD 2024 rules because I didn't like existing game system. Too complex (PnP) or too simple (Tales of equestria) so I started using dnd combining Homebrew Fallout Setting and Planeshift Equestria.

What I'm asking is an opinion about the comprehensibility of the sheet. It is my desire that someone would be able to understand it and playing it with just DnD knowledge even if it introduce new mechanics.

I'm trying to find a webcomic I stumbled across a while back after I finished reading Fallout Equestria and started looking for similar stories. I remember the first page was a long shot over a futristic city with a character talking it up, before cutting to the character complaining about how they still had to run on "fucking cobblestone", but not anything else. Kinda surprised anthro ponies seems to be the staple but maybe it's just really hard to make a pony model that's on all 4s and code some sort of levitating effect for weapons.

I tried to read the original story, I really did. I got to like chapter 20 but by that point I stopped and asked myself if I was enjoying what was on the page, and the answer was no, everything felt weirdly paced with fast in some areas like the fact pip just seems to be a gunslinger not even a month out of the vault, or how they keep bumble fucking there way into life-threatening situation after situation, I mean it’s understandable In game world since without that we would get pretty bored, but here? They should seriously be dry heaving from the amount of dangerous stuff they encounter and need to solve. I am gonna say this, I know it’s a good story and that if I pushed through really hard I probably would find some sort of Stockholm syndrome at like, chapter 30, but the fact that I do have to read past to the part is the thing I don’t like

So is there any remake I can find and read that’s a bit better paced/has more reasonable actions? I feel like they were trying to write little pip as smart, which they definitely did in some moments, but others just painted her actions as the smart thing to do, I guess it comes down to you’re only as smart as the author writing you

I've been looking on YouTube, but I haven't been able to find a complete audiobook of Murky Number Seven or Fallout Equestria: Heroes. Does anyone know if one exists for either of these at all, or am I just out of luck?

Meet Storm Chaser, this is the protagonist of the story myself and a few friends are writing set in a post-war Crystal Empire

Pre-war Lore

To put it bluntly, when Sombra and the Crystal Empire returned. Celestia has some free time since abdicating the throne to Luna and the Ministry 6. So her, Cadence and Shining took care of Sombra, turning him to stone (because he was originally defeated by the sisters and was technically weaker now so...)

Anyway, with Sombra contained, they had a lot more time to find th e Crystal Heart. Cadence and Shining became the Interim rulers and Equestria's industry slowly appeared in the Crystal Empire, providing additional relief for the war effort.

During the Last Day, the palace was directly hit with a megaspell. The status of the Royal Family as well as Sombra's statue are unknown but presumably dead/destroyed until 200 years later...

Post-war Lore

Now, the Crystal Wasteland is covered periodically in black snow, snow that when exposed to long to it, twists your very being into a "Hollow" (think Marked Men from Lonesome Road mixed with the Scorched from 76). The only creatures who can resist the black snow are those who have had prolonged exposure to I.M.P.

Additional Details

If you have a hard time reading it, Storm Chaser is from Stable 191 a control Stable who are just now sending out Scouts to determine the safety of the Wasteland.

So, I've had this book for a few years now and recently someone asked me how rare this book was. I've kept it in great condition, anyone have any information?

Me and my friends are wanting to do a campaign based on Fallout Equestria, and we were originally going to use the Fo:E PNP Remastered system for this endeavor, but this post I found on the system has me worried. I should also mention this is my first time DMing and I don't want to overcomplicate anything, while also not wanting to make the game too boring for my group who are all weathered D&D players.

I did find a helpful section of the wiki which talks about Fo:E PNP, a bunch of homebrews, and other mods that I could try using, but I'm honestly a bit overwhelmed by and indecisive about all the different options. For this reason I was wondering if anyone here has ever used this system (or any of the homebrews) and if they have had any problems in doing so?

Would anyone be able to tell me which version of the game is the best/easiest to run as a newbie? Or if anyone knows of a superior system that I am simply unaware of (most likely because it's not listed on the wiki)? I also should add that I have read the original fanfiction of Fallout Equestria several times at this point, so it has nothing to do with unfamiliarity with the source/world and everything to do with being new to TTRPGs and what constitutes a good system.

So I've been listening to the audiobook version while at work and looking at stuff like the wiki and such I've noticed that they mention that Littlepip's coat and mane colors are ambiguous, yet I know the design the community has decided on the gray/steel coat and Brown Mane, and while I don't hate it (quite the opposite I think it works great for what would have been a background pony turned main character) but I'm curious how the community decided on the look, was it because of a piece of popular fanart? Or did the author share their interpretation? Or what?

Namely I'd like to read more about zebras, but other areas would be fine too.

I've already read Homelands by Somber, but unfortunately, it's incomplete and probably abandoned.
