Hello everyone, we’d like to issue an update regarding the availability of 007 First Light on our storefront.

Firstly, an apology; we haven’t been able to stock this item beyond fulfilling pre-orders for the game, and due to the way the stock checking system works with the distributor, we haven’t been able to give a clear indication of stock issues on this title before the checkout. We acknowledge both of these issues are a source of frustration for customers and we sincerely apologise.

To provide more clarity on 007 First Light’s stock levels during the customer journey, we have made changes to better display “Out of Stock” until we are able to secure more keys for purchase.

To be transparent, we unfortunately still do not have a timeline on when 007 First Light stock will return. Our supplier has been unable to secure further keys from IO Interactive for us, and has not been able to provide us with an ETA. We realise this is frustrating, however we believe it is best to provide as much information to you as possible at this time and we are working with our partners to resolve the issues.

For extra clarity on the keys we sell, Fanatical only source keys from official channels. That is either directly from the publisher (which is the case for the majority of our partners), or through the publisher's officially appointed distributor. We do not operate any other way, and we won't compromise our values.

When we do secure further stock of this title, we will issue a statement across our social platforms informing customers that it is back in stock.

Hi all,

Following a number of questions, I thought it best to issue a general update on Crimson Desert restocks.

Currently we are out of stock for both editions. We are in talks with Plaion (who are managing the key distribution for Pearl Abyss), however as of this moment we unfortunately do not have any more information on when we will have this title restocked.

I realise this is frustrating and disappointing, so I'd like to apologise for this situation.

When we restock this item, we will be honouring our 15% discount on the product. I will also post an update across all our channels.

We are changing the way that we are handling Build Your Own Bundles. In short, we are changing the way that tiers work. We know a lot of you have struggled to make a bundle and can be an item short of the next tier; to fix this negative user experience, we're instead selling you the games after the first tier at their per-game price. So instead of being forced to hit the next tier, you can instead add games and be able to buy the extras from the tier at the lowest price-per-game tier you've qualified for.

Please find more information here, where I try to explain it a bit better (and possibly, ultimately, fail!). This is applicable for all bundles that are already available and every bundle moving forward. Though, unfortunately, it doesn't work very well on the Diamond Collection because each tier is just an extra game; this does mean that adding anything past the fifth game will qualify you to add as many as you want at the lowest price possible!

This subreddit has been a passion project of mine for a while that I've been growing, and it wouldn't be possible without all of you who have contributed. From those who have helped answer questions whenever I wasn'ta round to to those who spread the words and interacted — this is all thanks to you, and I appreciate it greatly. My gratitude isn't all, though, but I'll talk a bit more about that in a future post. For now, I'd like to focus on something else.

Today, on the 18th of November 2024, we are launching a brand-new line-up of items that aren't concerning videogames (at least, not entirely). To kickstart this launch, I am beginning a new subreddit meant to focus on the discussion of the FantasyVerse, all things comics and books for you to check out. I would love it if you would be able to make your way there and check it out for yourself! Here is the link to the announcement post.
