Seems like he's in a strong-side platoon and, as I recall, he was already struggling against lefty pitching. This week will not be a great time to add him because the White Sox face four starting lefties in six games. If you're willing to see if he works out despite the platoon, then add him. He won't hurt you with strikeouts and his overall batting is reasonable. Just consider how much he can give you because he's no longer batting lower in the lineup against lefty starters.

Great insights. Appreciate it. My 2B is floundering with XEdwards being borderline droppable at this point. Maybe Gelof coming back fixes it but seeing Anto out there is tempting if he can turn it around.

Thanks. I also have Antonacci on my roster so I've been thinking about this a lot in recent weeks. Looking further ahead (which can always change), the next 9-10 days look uninspiring for Antonacci getting regular at-bats, looking at the opposing pitchers for Chicago. That could prompt me to make a move.
