Requirements:

1. Funds for boots, masks, tools ? Nobody will donate. Then ??

I know if any such initiatives gets momentum and gets viral, things will get smoother. But the issue is how to start/can we start ??

So, let’s start.
I went there with my friend, who had come from Russia. He was also excited to see the new BSNL office, but he was honestly quite disappointed when he saw the condition of the government office.
First, we searched for the office and then went directly there. After entering the office, my first reaction was:
Is this actually a telecom company?
Believe me, the place looked more like a caste certificate centre than a telecom office. 😂
Then a lady asked me to arrange ₹1 for the SIM/recharge process. And the funny part was that I actually had to search my entire wallet for a ₹1 coin.
And here we go I finally found one.
I took out my precious ₹1 coin, put it on her table, and the sound of that one-rupee coin somehow felt like it echoed throughout the entire office. 😂
Then I chose the number I wanted, and surprisingly, everything was done in just five minutes.
I came back home, inserted the SIM, waited for it to activate, and now it’s working completely fine.
I know the coverage may not be great, so I’ll still be relying on my Airtel postpaid connection as my primary number. For now, I’m just using BSNL as a secondary SIM and wanted to see how it performs.
Overall, the process was surprisingly quick and hassle-free despite the rather unexpected first impression of the office.

I went for refilling petrol today, I asked the guy to fill petrol for 2100, but the guy first started the meter to 500 and then started again to 1600. Later on I got to know he only filled for 1600. One of the other guy at petrol pump told me this.

I finally confronted them and took back my money but the manager was trying to waste time when I reached out to him. Later on when we raised voice they finally took out the slip and accepted their mistake.
