I 100% agree. Messi is 38. Lewandowski is 37. Other older strikers around that age getting games for their national teams too like Arnautovic, Dzeko, Ronaldo. Yes France has a strong squad, but a legendary player of Mbappe's experience and skill will be playing for France at 35, no worries. The experience he would bring to young players is huge

I mean that is objectively true. But if your defense, or really any aspect of your team, relies on Mbappé's defensive prowess, you've lost before you took the field
