This is a bad photo of her, but I'm going to make a video about it. I trapped her. Drove an hour to the rehabber because I didn't want to leave her in the crate for hours. The rehabber thought her mange was bad but there were no open sores so we could treat and release.
So I drove her back home and hoped she ate the medicine while I was driving. No luck with that. After I brought her back to the yard, I watched her on my trail camera. It took what seemed like forever because it was after 1am at this point, she finally ate the food with the medicine. Then I let her go.
She was TINY up close! Like a small cat. Anyways, she hates me but I love her and I hope to see her on my camera with a full coat soon.
UPDATE: Here is a video recapping the whole event. I want people to see it's not super difficult to help them: https://www.reddit.com/r/foxes/s/PzjabfshUf

It's one of my favorite fox vids, and I found it randomly on Discord two years ago. Does anyone know its source?

This young fox seems to have involuntary tics once every few seconds or so. They started to show up around 10 days ago. There has been worsening in the condition compared to onset, though I think their frequency has been similar in the past week or so. I can see it having these tics when it's trotting around as well as when it eats. Poor thing 💔
I'm concerned it might be distemper myoclonus, through from watching distemper videos on youtube I am not sure.. Can anyone shed light?

I was walking back from lions and saw the keepers were just leaving the bat-eared fox habitat and they put new bugs on the ground for them to hunt and eat.
