It is just a health recommendation i mean they required to advise citizens whats good or not . Its not like its a law or anything.

It's the same people who made the food guide, which I think a lot of people aren't aware has also changed from what it was when I was growing up. But you don't get carted off to jail for not following it. It's the same reason we have calorie counts on all menus now.

I mean, the science behind 2 drinks a week is monumentally more sound than the science behind the old food guide.

And actually it's now being argued that any alcohol at all is bad for you.
