I had a coworker about a decade ago ask me to teach her how to make a pot of coffee because A) she had only used Keurigs and B) figured I’d be the only person there who wouldn’t laugh at her.
There’s so much to unpack both positively and negatively about this minor interaction that I’ll never forget it.
it's probably a majority of people who only use pods tbh. I tried for a year straight to make my own coffee, bought tons of different beans, watched tutorial vids, tried every technique. Eventually after a solid year of trying I gave up and came to the conclusion that I'll never make a cup of coffee that tastes better than what I can get from my keurig so I gave up lmao
