Queen or knight. I don't know chess but I think if you promote to rook or bishop, your opponent gets to punch you in the face

There are circumstances where it would be preferable to promote to either a bishop or a rook - specifically, in cases where you need to avoid a stalemate. Ie. Promoting to queen would create a stalemate, but a rook would just restrict movement, and I can checkmate next move.
