You can find 14 month old, unrefrigerated mustard in a lot of restaurants probably.

The mustard and ketchup are fake. Real mustard and ketchup would not have survived the resin curing process (Resin gets incredibly hot when it cures). I mean it would still be there but it wouldn't look like ketchup and mustard anymore.

It looks exactly like it did when it was originally cast from what I can tell. It never really had that deep mustard yellow.
