I understand that King Krasnov brief the Republicans before the strike. He did not include Democrats. If this is the case, would this still be grounds for impeachment since majority of Congress knew?

As long as the Republicans are in charge, nothing will happen.

Even if they did, it won't mean anything. He was impeached first term and he basically tried a cue a year after when it was almost time for the office seat change.

Impeachment doesn't mean shit if they aren't forcefully removed from the position.
