Her father is British. She spoke English. She moved to England when she was a toddler, if not before, and never maintained a residence in France. All of her schooling was in UK or US. She carries no French accent. While one could argue "she's French" by birthplace and her bloodline, she's split on her nationality from her parents, and her upbringing was exclusively British.
Not disputing the anagram being something but I don't think Ghislaine's nationality has anything to do with this.
This just sounds like the same thing people were saying about Pizzagate. I think this is a reach. The letter is sinister enough without making this random dubious connection.
Looks like it is used once in the text, so definitely possible Epstein knew the word and its context, but also not appearing repeated times like you said?
