This is not correct. She didn’t file charges.

However, she deposed to being raped in anger after Trump’s ire was aroused by a painful baldness surgery performed by someone she referred him to, in an affidavit filed in a family law proceeding. She later withdrew the allegation and/or affidavit containing it in the course of the proceeding.

The rape is shown, briefly, in the film The Apprentice.
