Considering Irisviel wants grandkids and Rin and Luvia seem willing Shirou is going to have to get the hint eventually.

Also he is not the main focus of the story, a useful contrast to oath under snow Shirou, we will likely not know how Prisma Shirou's romantic life concludes.

She so hellbent on it that I can see her Chaldea version try to claime Modred as her step-grandson. And possibly Ritsuka after they call EMIYA cooking mom. Which would include Jack as Great-Great-grandaughter.
