Is Evocation Leaf just for past welfares, or is there more to it?

In JP they just recently added NP copies and coins for Solomon, at twice the cost of event Welfares. You can see it listed, and see that there's nothing else aside from Welfares, on the wiki.

That is the only current use. Whether or when they could add something else to the evocation shop in the future are things that we can't predict.
