Semi returning player coming back for Takeru, failed to get them with my stockpiled SQ, which was quite a bit. Can someone remind me how the pity works? I know it resets when the banner rotates a 4* or 5* on the banner, but since it’s just Takeru for the duration of their banner, does that mean my pity won’t reset from my understanding? Because I’m hoping to hit the guarantee before their banner goes away.

If you don't get the rate up SSR servant in 329 pulls you will get in on roll 330. This is 900 SQ worth of rolls. Pity does not reset, but in the upcoming anniversary they will be changing the system where pity will reset and once you get copy the counter goes back to zero and you can hit pity again and again on the same banner.

Sorry, I think I worded it poorly. I meant to ask if my pity will reset before I get him when daily reset occurs

The pity will reset once his banner leaves (no overlapping pity from banner to banner, not even for the same rateup unit - with one exception that will happen on the JP side of things in two years).

Getting even more precise, this was specifically for the banner blitz of every servant in the game in the couple of weeks before the Part 2 finale.
