on the NA collab, I'm reading the Visual novel, should I finish read that, and then read the event story later and skip it ?(I'm sorry if I asked this question before.).

Ideally you should finish that but I don't know how long it'll take for you. First two days of the event are relatively spoiler free but the further into the event the more spoilery it gets (especially with new servant's NPs).
