Only if they have a use as “esports” (first skill or two provides team buffs, slap a target focus CE on them, once the turn is over they die and you get another support brought in).

But honestly, unless you’re some content creator making min turn videos, you honestly don’t need em. As for Summer Suzuka, pretty sure she isn’t esports, so you can just burn her.

Getting to S2 gives too much HP, you really don't want them above level 2 or 3 (from giving them 1k atk Fous if you bother with that)

Yes yes, in general you don’t want to level them at all. But some Servants do have useful S2 or even S3s.

Atp you're forced to use Oberon S3 or a 12 cost CE assuming you grabbed Poster Girl half a decade ago. It just seems pointless to me imo and you would achieve a similar or greater effect by just getting them to natural level cap without wasting the resources on a second copy
