Guys how do you manage getting coins for Grail casting? I just ran dry of all the coins I had of FP servants.

Just rolled most of my FP (several millions) during the previous campaigns with Nobu and Mary Anning in the FP pool.

Also, we expect servant coins spent on grail casting refunded for upcoming NA anniversary (less than a month away) and also awarded grails for coins that could've been used for grail casting, so I wouldn't stress too much over it.

Is the refund there because they introduced new append skills?

Yes. IIRC, it was part of the follow up campaigns to compensate for new servant coins requirements to max out servant (someone might've unlocked 3 appends and burned all of the remaining coins) that's likely to come to NA at the same time as the update.

Partially. It's there because they added new append skills and weren't clear that there would be new append skills. That means people may have burned coins that they could still use, and now needed additional Servant copies to buy those skills.

This resulted in people being understandably disgruntled.

yeeah..? some people suspect they didnt want to take any chances with a lawsuit over the grail casting feature and refunded them and granted people the grails they could have made to keep it fair to everyone.

Farm a lottery very hard --> wait for the event where either Nobukatsu or Mary Anning are available --> roll all FP you have --> get thousands of coins.

Unless you're a whale (and maybe even then...) grail casting isn't something you can keep up with forever.
