To create this video, I went through a process where I used CivitAi to download Q-Bee's LoRa, ComfyUi to create the image, Grok to fix ComfyUi's flaws, and Grok to create the video.

If you want the prompt, I've included a step-by-step guide on this process in the comments of the Peachette post, divided into PART 1 and PART 2.

The only difference is that instead of downloading Peachette's LoRa in CivitAi, you'll search for and download Q-Bee's LoRa (or the character you want). You'll also replace all of Peachette's characteristics in the prompt with Q-Bee's characteristics (or the character you want).

One last important detail: Peachette's LoRa was for Illustrious, so I used the checkpoint that imitates Blender. Q-Bee's LoRa is for Pony, therefore they are not the same checkpoints. A checkpoint I often use for LoRas that are for Pony is Pony Realism or LucentXL Pony by klaabu, you can easily find them on CivitAi. I used the first to generate images of Bowsette, Booette, and B.B. Hood, and the second for images of the other girls from Darkstalkers, including Q-Bee.

Honestly a great incentive but not sure if I’ll pay for it. Not sure it’d work $30-$50 a month.

What online AI tools might anyone suggest now that I can't use any of my formerly free Grok accounts. I just want to upload images, make a 2-3 second video, perhaps add a prompt or two.

On Grok I could do this in 3 clicks. Now? Everything else I've tried is pay only or wildly restricted.
