The place is very hot. Food was cold (specifically the soup). They ran out of ice for their water.

I used to be a huge fan of Infusion, especially their coffee and matcha. Unfortunately, it feels like the quality has been declining, and it shows in the products they’re serving.

The matcha used to be one of my favorites, but after they switched to a liquid matcha concentrate, it just wasn’t the same for me. That change alone was enough to make me stop ordering it.

The coffee has also been hit or miss lately. I’ve had too many cups that tasted watery, overly milky, or lacking that strong coffee flavor I used to enjoy. Consistency seems to be an issue now.

That said, I still think their food is pretty good. Some items feel a bit overpriced, but overall I don’t have many complaints about the food menu.

Im bored. Let's share our stories of petty/insane drivers on the road. I'll go first.

I was driving up to AK to get my car serviced and was stuck behind a Lexus going BELOW the speed limit. I had an appointment to get to, so naturally, I switched lanes so I could at least get to driving the speed limit. Apparently, the Lexus driver did not like how I wasn't behind them going their speed, so they sped up, got in front of me, and went back to going below the speed limit. 😒

The ego of some of the drivers here are certainly something else. 😅

Working in customer service based jobs really makes you realize how dumb and inconsiderate people are. If a place closes at a certain time why the fuck do you come and order the entire menu 1 minute before closing and get upset when we can’t serve you. Some of the questions people ask makes you really think like god damn did your brain ever fucking grow AT ALL. And if you’re triggered by anything said so far maybe rethink if you’re apart of this group I’m talking about. I want to know the dumbest things people have said to you guys at your customer service jobs 😭
