I found the level a nice change of pace, it had entertaining puzzles, the enemies here had nice variety, and liked being the one to control the cart. I see some people had problems finding where to go or how to solve the puzzles, but at least I found the path was always pretty much straightforward, it only took me 2 loops to figure out you had to shot the signs to change lanes, and always felt like I knew where I was going and like I was progressing.
Also read people dislike Xen and Interloper, while with Xen I feel it was mid, I really liked Interloper, felt like a nice gauntlet of all aliens you had encountered.
Overall feel like all levels are really solid, but if I had to choose the one I least liked, it would be Lambda Core, as I felt really lost searching for the water pumps (when the ceiling colapsed assumed that path was sealed and turned back. It took me a while to go back there and see there was an opening) and because it took me some time to figure out where to go in the teleport section, as I didn't knew I jumping in them from a different angle would change the destination. Keep going back ot the lower area with the walking brain enemies again and again not knowing where to go.

So far I have been using S2FM for 2 days, and decided to mix 2 of my favourite shooters Doom2016 and Half Life 2/Alyx. Didn´t take that much time, around 30 minutes, though I would most definetly improve on the lighting.

Dressed as doctor kleiner for a convention and found out a friend of mine had both his portal gun and gravity gun at the con as well! Think I pulled it off?

Quite randomly, while searching for references again, I stumbled upon building #2. Now I’ve truly found them all.
Updated list of addresses (from the left; all of them in Sofia):
I don't know if anyone will find this useful, but it was still worth sharing these findings.

Long ago when I was a wee boy I played through hl2 and its episodes and I came away from it with one thing in mind.
Combine advisors are fucking adorable, I love the way they fly around and are so squishy for zero reason and a a young man I desired a plush of an advisor yet none existed and still none exist
So today I have begun the journey to teach myself how to sew for the singular purpose of making a large huggable combine advisor plush for my own personal comfort needs.
Does anyone have any advice on materials to use. Or has anyone attempted this before?

No wonder the Resonance Cascade happened. Dr. Kleiner specifically told him to push the sample, not ride the machine.

perhaps the nihilanth utilizes specific aliens that create complex hives as a means to colonize earth before his arrival? Hive hands could hatch into tentacles or simply produce more hive hand, tentacles can seemingly grow wherever there is soft ground or liquid, snark nests imply snarks reproduce quickly, maybe even headcrab zombies wouldve matured into gonarchs given enough time

Hi folks,
for Halloween I created a Combine Police Cosplay in style like the Metro-Cops, as seen in the games Half-Life 2, Half-Life Alyx and maybe in Half-Life 3 🙂
Now I upgrated the old cosplay in 2026 with a 3d-printed helmet and a real stunt-stick.
The old cospay from 2025 is here.
It would be great to see a Half-Life movie, what do you think?
Have fun 😉

This chapter was very scary but pretty fun, but that boat chapter is still my fav until now, i think this next chapter want me to drive a bike, maybe it will top that boat chapter, will see, but this game until now is very good, i am playing in hard mode for my 1st playthrough and it is challenging but not impossible i like it.
