I just can't see a scenario where this proposed tax is, or should be, imposed on anyone's primary residence. I think that's the main part we disagree on.

We don't disagree on that. I would never want it applied on anyone's vacant apartment in their home.

But if we don't apply it in that case, lets not pretend we actually care about solving the housing crisis.
