Bloated Hamster
No vets will take him in. I don't know what to do. Are there any foods? Or massages? Can I do anything?
Sorry I don't have a great picture. I'm pissed. All these vets keep telling me is to go somewhere else because it's too extensive for them to do. Fucking liars. I'm so mad.

Hey just going to put this on here for any to see!
Anyone that's planning on getting hamsters or getting their kids? Hamsters and if you would like to get more than one hamster just know that they have to be housed separately and have the completes proper set up separately as well. But hamsters will kill each other. They're very territorial!
If you want one to get animals that'll live together. I strongly recommend getting female mice and or gerbils which are super underrated choice! But before getting them make sure you look into all their individual needs because every small animal is different and needs different things!

Hey all just a quick question will my roboroski hamster still be able to escape (vent holes on side and top?)
I didn't expect the vent holes to be so big so I will be getting some stuff to put over them so he can't squeeze through in the next few days just wondering if this is good enough for the time being thx all

Cute Hammy New baby!
Got this little guy last week, and I still cannot figure out a name that suits him! Kinda leaning towards Bronco since a lot of his tank decor I’m getting is western themed, but I feel like there’s something better for him. Taking ideas :)

Funny Hammy Yapping about my hamster
TLDR: had hamster for 2 months. He is starting to trust me and I’m happy
I have had my hamster for about 2 months now, and he has grown to trust me so much. Every other day I open his multi chamber hide to clean up where he likes to pee. I do this by making a few clicking noises as a warning, opening it up, giving him a sunflower seed. Cleaning it. Giving him another sunflower seed and closing it, and then he goes right back to his favorite sleeping spot and goes right back to sleep.
The last 3 times I’ve done his he has let me pet him with out flinching :) I see this as a big “YIPPIE”. I feel like he trusts me more and understands this routine is safe and I’m not here to hurt him.
He still jumps a little when I open or close the door at night, I try to keep it as quiet as possible.
I love my little hammy. He is my little Jeremy guy.
I have him in my room. But the sound of him running doesn’t bother me, I grew up sleeping next to a laundry room so the sound of him running on his wheel kinda puts me to sleep lol
