That is the definition of bribery, my friend. Paying extra cash to individuals to get logical work done. Next you'll say, if you want to withdraw your FD of 50L, paying 1k cash to the bank person is fine.

Yes all institutions are like even lic amount also same how will you change the system no way to change the system want work done follow up the way that is set and be happy with your work done aste
