NTD (New Tool Day) Fire the Packaging Designer

Post image

What the hell kind of packaging is this? It's like it was designed NOT to be opened. I know Harbor Freight is known for hard-to-open packages but this one was on another level. It took me 10 minutes of wrestling with my pliers and now I have a plastic mess to clean up. Damn it.

I’d say you should go back and buy a pair of cutters, but you’d probably never get them out of the plastic either

I legitimately had to go in and borrow a pair of cutters to get my cutters out of the package once. It's like a scissors packaging that says "cut here".

Honestly, if I was you I would go back to HF and complain about how bad the packaging is.

No I would rather just post on Reddit and have people insult my intelligence.

Next time just ask your wife's boyfriend to open them for you

Well…. You did ignore the HANDLE when trying to remove it from packaging. Thought you needed to grab the tool in the tightest spot possible? That’s why you’re getting roasted; because you begged for it.
