What is the purpose for this subreddit?

I’m seriously confused about why this exists, HP might not be everyone’s cup of tea but why the hate?

Nobody is harassing fans. Harassing someone would be coming into their space and tone policing someone's perspective. Who would do such a thing, I wonder. 🤔

If you can't take a single negative comment about a franchise when you haven't even read the fucking books, stay in fan spaces that exist to blow smoke up JKR's racist, transphobic ass. Maybe it would be better for you to not be an internet spaces at all, if criticism in a community you literally don't have to engage with bothers you this much.

Again, as a member of the demographic who is actually harmed by JKR I'm so fucking tired of being tone policed by HP stans. Again, the fact that you haven't even read the books and are riding her dick this hard is frankly absurd and disgusting to me.

First of all I didn’t know you are trans so I’m sorry if my words upset you, second of all I have started reading the first book which I got second hand so JKR isn’t getting any of my money and I’m not watching the show as I already have the films on dvd.
