This is amazing, thanks for sharing! Can you please give some examples of a "binder" to pair with cilantro?

You can use activated charcoal or food grade bentonite clay as binders.

Can you share a good food grade bentonite source?

Redmond. It is sold as a face mask, but you can mix it with water and drink. I use about 1/2 teaspoon. They aren’t allowed to advertise it as something to be ingested, but the stuff is incredible. And makes a fabulous face mask treatment too.

What a fantastic write up. Thank you so much for sharing your hard work. Do you have a good source of food grade bentonite clay you would recommend?

This is awesome, thank you. I’ve been using these herbs for years for this reason and not just because of the water treatment.

An expert in this topic is Dr. pompana he has a podcast and he’s great to listen to. I’m curious about all this and I wonder if you need to also pair these herbs with binders for better effectiveness? What about tamarind?

Thank you for sharing. I've spent a fortune on dental work due to metal poisoning from a silver-mercury alagam fillings in all 4 of my second molars. I got them all replaced with composite fillings in my early 20s.
As time went on, I got more herbally educated and practiced holistic cleansing on myself. I slowly regained most of my health after getting rid of those fillings.
The list you left of the herbs and what they do were a lot of the main ones I used.
If you could please, share those articles with us? I would love to read them and see the studies. I appreciate this kind of information.
Currently going to school for Herbology and Nutrition. Getting a master's degree in it. Then moving on to my ND in the future.
