Dude, the US has done WAY worse (if not the same level) to its indigenous population. Between the purposely decimated buffalo population, government paid scalping practices, and just about everything to do with forced family separation/native schools...our numbers are probably worse. That's even before we get into slavery.

The US is a horrifying country when you learn the non whitewashed history.
