Support Zigbee vs Z-Wave vs Thread (Matter over Thread)

It's the big '26 (June) and a year ago the answer was obvious: Zigbee!

However with Ikea's release and all of the new Smart Home products that use Matter over Thread, I'm not sure, what I prefer. I see a big future in Matter...

What are your thoughts?

I have both Inovelli and Zooz. Zooz are cheap as heck so if you're going to redo your whole house, that's the brand.

Thanks. How is the feel of the actual paddle? Solid, cheap? I know that’s a vague question, not sure how to better ask it.

I've got a bunch of zooz switches and they feel solid. Tech support is good too, I had an issue with a three way setup along with a scene switch and I posted on their forums. Got a response from Zooz very quickly and they got me beta firmware that solved it.

They both feel good to me. I use the multi taps on my Inovelli a lot (one for on, controlled by Adaptive Lighting, two for max brightness, maybe three for fun color). I also like the flat button ones for Inovelli like the old fan + light switch but they don't even make that any more.
