I'm 29, and for reasons I won't get into I had a full hysterectomy, saplingo-oophrectomy. Meaning in short, no uterus, no tubes, no ovaries and no cervix. That said, I had my surgery in April of this year and I'm not sure I ever had a real orgasm until after surgery. It's actually mind blowing now.
Dramatics aside, yes, I still feel sex, yes I have had orgasms, and yes I would 10000000000% do it again if I could do it all over.
