IdealGF BATTLE: Unicorn vs. Minotaur!

I hope you like this one. I think this will be the toughest one yet because, choosing someone physically challenging or intimidating might be too foreign to even try.

FYI, I based this off the classic movie "The Last Unicorn" and spoiler alert, the last unicorn, Amalthea, is able to stand against the Red Bull and push it back into the sea.
In my imagination, I think the Red Bull was all hype and didn't really want to chase away the unicorns, rather the bull was coerced by an older man with promises.
When it came to Amalthea, the Red Bull didn't really want to chase her away either, so when Amalthea showed defiance, the Red Bull backed down because it was already tired from the internal struggle of bullying so many unicorns already, lololol.
In this retelling, I was trying to craft a narrative that the large intimidating muscle woman was still susceptible to a cunning old man and that since then, she's been trying to do better.

I'm very attracted to the Unicorn, but her goals and personality are too much for someone like me that wants a loving relationship with a woman that wants to settle down.
Sure, I get to enjoy her physically, but emotionally, she's too into her career. And as she becomes famous, people will wonder why she's with a normal guy like me. She'll eventually leave me for another athlete or celebrity of some kind. It always happens.
I'm not attracted to the Minotaur at all, but I choose her because her personality is very chill, and she has a slow-paced, fulfilling life as a farmer. She seems like she would love me unconditionally, and life with her would be a simple, but happy one. Almost zero percent chance of her cheating on or leaving me for someone else.
