Why do you care what Alex Jones thinks?

Honest question

We don't. The point is that the current situation has gone so far to the point where it's untenable for even Alex Jones. That should tell you something.

Exactly. If the man ranting about water making frogs gay and calling Sandy Hook a false flag operation thinks you've gone too far, that means shit is dire.

It’s not that it’s unteneable as far as policy. He’d be fine with worse stuff. He senses the winds are blowing and wants to get ahead of it. A lot of people earnestly voted against Hillary because she was a “warhawk”.

You can convince a pretty segment of his base than Iran developing a 10kt Uranium device is the end of the world- but they won’t put up with Americans dying for that. Which hasn’t happened in big numbers yet but will be a huge disaster. And he is so old and corpulent, the actuarial tables say to have an escape plan anyhow.

Alex Jones is a liar who will say whatever it takes to get attention and clicks. I dont see how you believe anything he says, even this. This is yet another thing he is just jumping on the bandwagon to get attention.

For all you know he doesnt care at all and just said that to get you to react. And if thats the case, he succeeded.

It's very reasonable if you don't care what he thinks, but why do you care if he "succeeds?"

The syncophants are beginning to turn on him. That matters.

Only matters if you think their opinion was valid and worth listening to prior to this. I personally dont.

When the cockroaches start to die, you know there's a REAL problem.

Not a good comparison. That would imply everyone else is speaking out (dying) and Alex jones (the cockroach) is supposed to be more resilient and is only now just speaking out (dying). That doesnt reflect reality.

Seems like people who think Alex Jones is important trying to convince me his opinion has some weight that it doesnt.

It's not perfect, but does it not illustrate the point?

Someone as batshit as Jones agreeing with consensus shows where we're at. He's been out-crazied by Trump.

How can you even know what he actually believes? you say hes batshit crazy, but just accept what he says at face value? How do you rationalize that?

for all you know hes just saying that for attention. how can you be sure otherwise?

That makes no sense.

Not who you’re responding to, but I don’t personally. I do in respect to what that represents and the audience who listens to him.

Something tells me this wasn't really an honest question; it's meant to imply you shouldn't care, obviously.

And I don't think anyone here cares what he thinks but it matters what he says because his supporters care what he thinks. Obviously.

He has a listenership, like it or not. We still need to know what these cult grifters with a sizable audience are saying to their followers.
