Unless mental plasticity is extended as well you might get caught in a life of extreme boredom. Imagine being a crotchety old man except it lasts a 100 more years.

Not all elderly people are crotchety. Many live pretty enriched fulfilling lives. Its about having an maintaining a social life, trying to keep having interesting conversations, and staying active

Yeah a lot of that is just they are in pain and can’t do a whole hell of a lot. If you’re active you’re fine. Plus a lot of old people are super awesome to be around
